Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using IPO4U ("Service", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using IPO4U, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Description of Service

IPO4U provides AI-powered analysis of publicly available IPO prospectus documents (DRHP and RHP) for Indian securities markets. The Service is for informational purposes only. We are NOT a SEBI-registered investment advisor.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

• Free Plan: 1 analysis per month at no cost. No registration required.
• Pro Plan: ₹299/month or ₹2,388/year (₹199/month). Provides unlimited analyses and additional features.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in Section 5.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload documents that you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Share, resell, or redistribute analysis reports for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or any harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent the Free Plan usage limits

5. Refund Policy

• Pro Monthly subscriptions: Eligible for a full refund within 3 days of initial purchase if you have not used more than 3 analyses.
• Pro Yearly subscriptions: Eligible for a prorated refund within 7 days of initial purchase.
• Refunds are not available after the stated periods or once significant usage has occurred.
• To request a refund, contact us at hello@ipo4u.com with your payment ID.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and technology on IPO4U is our intellectual property. Analysis reports generated for your uploaded documents belong to you for personal use. You may not commercially distribute or resell reports without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IPO4U SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination of a paid subscription due to violation of Terms, no refund will be issued.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the website.
