- Payment information: Payment details are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers. We receive only a transaction ID and status from Razorpay.
- Uploaded documents: PDF files you upload for analysis. These are processed in real-time and are NOT stored on our servers after processing is complete.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, clicks, browser type, device type, IP address, referring URL
- Cookies: Session cookies for functionality, analytics cookies (Google Analytics), and advertising cookies (Google AdSense)
- Local storage: We use browser localStorage to store your usage count and Pro subscription status on your device only
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our AI analysis service
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- To send transactional emails (payment receipts, subscription confirmations)
- To send marketing emails if you have opted in (you may opt out at any time)

3. Document Privacy
Important: IPO prospectus documents you upload are:
- Sent directly to the AI processing API for analysis
- NOT stored permanently on our servers
- NOT shared with any third party other than the AI processing service
- Processed only to generate the analysis report you requested
We strongly recommend only uploading publicly available documents (DRHPs and RHPs are public documents available on SEBI's website). Do not upload confidential or non-public documents.

- Uploaded documents: Deleted immediately after processing
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by Indian law
- Contact form submissions: Retained for 2 years
- Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics default settings (26 months)

Under applicable Indian law and where applicable GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
