- AI-generated analysis: Produced by our AI systems based on publicly available IPO prospectus documents filed with SEBI. IPO prospectus documents are public documents and not subject to copyright restrictions.
- Original editorial content: Written and owned by IPO4U.
- Public data: GMP data, IPO calendar information, and market data sourced from publicly available sources.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on IPO4U infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The URL(s) on our website where the allegedly infringing material is located
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf

4. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
- Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
- Maintain a record of the notice as required by law
5. Counter-Notices
If you believe content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing:
- Your name, address, phone number and email address
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the US, any judicial district in which IPO4U may be found
- Your physical or electronic signature
6. Repeat Infringers
IPO4U maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
7. IPO Prospectus Documents
IPO prospectus documents (DRHP, RHP) filed with SEBI are public documents made available by the issuing companies for public consumption. Analysis generated from these documents by our AI is original work owned by IPO4U. We do not reproduce verbatim copyrighted text from prospectuses — we generate summaries and analyses.
